Redhawk's modification to the bushings of the used-replacement 4x4 suspension arm... Just finished last 04April2014 and will be installed in my 4x4 lifted Suk pick-up truck (Redhawk) the coming days.

DETAILS:

Engineering plastic 35mm diameter (1-foot length) costs P250 and produced 11 pcs of bushings (P150/pc) by machine shop.... Cheaper machining is favorable.... Original metal sleeve where the bolt will be placed is still re-used.

NOTE:
Replacement suspension arm costs P600/assembly with rubber bushings always worn out early but the ball joint is still OK.... Hence, frequent replacement of the entire assembly will be needed... Hoping this modification will lengthen the life of the system...

ATTACHED ARE 3-PICS
