I have a 2006 forenza, 5 speed manual, 138500 miles, 4 cyl, America. Had trouble bleeding after the slave cylinder was supposed to have been fixed. Got stuck in fourth so we bought a vacuum and we bled it. It drove great for about ten miles and is now stuck in fourth again! We just put a new clutch master cylinder in but it is still stuck! Is there a simple fix we’re missing?

does it come out of gear with the engine off? Stuck in gear is usually not a symptom of a faulty clutch. Difficulty changing gears is a symptom.

No it doesn’t! We replaced the clutch master cylinder and it still stuck!

If it had anything to do with the clutch, master or slave, it would slide out of gear with the engine off..

You have an internal issue...
