Hi anyone can advise me what can I do to fix the free play on the steering wheel?
I got a kit to replace everything inside the steering box, and I still have free play, 1990 suzuki samurai, any advise will be greatly appreciated

Have you checked the rest of the linkage?

You need to check the following ...
- front wheel bearings
- king pin bearings
- tie-rod, tie-rod ends
- drag link
