Logic would dictate that I take the old part with me for comparison...

Backing that up with a vanier measurement of the engine and Water core stub connections...

More Information for GOODYEAR 63100
I.D. 0.310"; Length 14".
5/16" inside diameter heater hose? Proly not. :(

1/2", 5/8", or 3/4" are the industry norm, when they affix to a heater core.

Additionally, you are in the Sidekick, Escudo, Vitara & Geo Tracker Forum section and we know NOT what model you have. ;)

You've been on the RockAuto website again, huh. Great place, but a pretty daunting task with numerous hose options to choose from. Take Phil's advise and march on down to the local Auto Parts place with a sample and you can get bulk hose by the foot, or preformed (curved) hose if you have the need.

Hey thanks for the reply.

Sorry, I'm working on a Tracker... (one day I'll get that right)

As far as the hose goes, I took the old one in to the parts store and we tried to compare it, and ended up with one that was too big...

I'm tired of guesswork so I wanted to try to find the info for the OEM hose diameter online from a manual or something.

Thanks

Tons of hoses!
1994 GEO TRACKER Heater Hose

Get a different Parts Counter person THIS time. There's no excuse w/the sample provided, IMO.

Don't make this too hard, because the hose WALL thickness will mess you up on your intended ID calculations. ;)
And that's where it's at, fit wise.

Sample=Sharp Counter Person=cut=pay=you're done. :)

I lived down the street from you (six years worth) during my Navy days.

I can relate.
