OK, I've got a 88 that I bought new. Has sidekick engine and trans I swapped in years ago. 4" lift springs, 3" body lift, custom front bumper, Dana 44 rear, header, even a snoway plow...
As title says, should I sell it? We are putting house up for sale and it really should be sitting in back yard when people are looking at house.
She needs some work: Fuel lines, maybe a clutch, exhaust, rebuild weber carb (have kit), light frame and body repair (rust sucks here). I was planning to swap a GM alternator in (have bracket someplace).
If I did sell it, what do you think a good $ should be? Yes, plow works. Just did brakes a year or so ago. Then didn't drive it. "New" seats (bought 20 years ago and never installed.) Hasn't been tagged in years and years. It makes a h#ll of a nice little plow truck. Goes in places my big Dodge can't. The wife said maybe sell it and get a... (forgive me) jeep. I know I'd fit better in it. (6'4" 275lbs)
Whaddaya think it's worth? I'm on the east coast (Del).

Opions?

I would think a plow on anything would have value over there, especially going into winter. I vote sell it if your to statuesque to be comfortable in it. I'm 6.2' 215 and thats pushing it. The main reason I dont have a Jeep here in SD is because EVERYONE else does. Besides the smaller lighter Samurai offers some real advantages out in the sticks. If these things offer less value than a good comfortable ride then selling seems like a good idea. A Jeep is a good vehicle, older land cruisers are better IMHO, Older Range Rovers are cool to, I would jump on an older G wagon if I ever found one.

I would gauge value on what others are selling for over there.
