Hi! I have swapped my fan with an electrical one. Can't really tell you what it is, but it covers most of the radiator. It goes onto the front of the radiator and blows air into the engine compartment through the radiator. I live in South Africa, and things get pretty hot here as well, but it works fine. I'm still playing around with a temp switch to automatically start the fan when hot, but for now, I have a manually operated switch - I just keep my eyes on the temp guage. I did not feel a huge difference in hp, but the enginge does wind up a bit quicker. If there is any hp change, my feeling is that its very little.
