I have 1988 Samurai and I’m looking for a spare rim but it looks like the measurements are not standard here in the US.
Measurements:
Rim 15x5.5
PCD 5x139.7
Center bore 108.1

The other rims that came with the car are ENKEI 15 x 5.5 offset 25 which I can’t find the exact match based on Google image search anywhere.

Anyone have any information about where to buy this type of rim? Any suitable substitutes that would suffice as a spare?

Two questions ...
- first - what do you mean by "the measurements are not standard here in the US"?
- second - are you asking us to help you find a rim, based on the detail you've given us - don't you think a picture might help some?

There are, or used to be a number of "specialist Suzuki breakers" who can probably get you an OEM rim, but to be honest, I suspect the Enkei are not the original for the Samurai. You should also be able to call around the local scrapyards and ask if they have any Suzuki Sidekick or Geo Trackers - those rims should "suffice as a spare".
