Hi,

we’ve had a heavy amount of rainfall over the past week and I’ve opened my Swift to find a puddle of water on the rear passenger side floor. Could anyone help me figure out what the problem could be please? It’s supposed to be sold this month.

Its going to be a door seal or the aerial base leaking, not many other places water can get into those things

Rear door seal more than likely, check it hasn't been deformed by a leaf or a bit if debris caught when the door was closed. If it has, gentle massage and a bit of near boiling water will assist in getting it to bounce back

Would you know where to buy a replacement? If I can I’ll just do that as someone is buying it and I don’t want it to happen again

I wouldn't know, the ones on my swift are still in great condition, all that I do is give them a wipe with a damp cloth and apply some silicone spray every 6 months.

Just check your ones if they aren't obviously damaged then wipe them down and apply some spray to them.
