Hi, I have just changed the oil and filter (awkward place isn't it!) and went to reset the oil life as per the instructions.... there the problems begin. Within the menu the oil life option is missing..... It is a 2018 1.6 diesel Allgrip. Any advice appreciated thanks...

You may require a scan tool to reset..
You learn something new every day!!!! Found an earlier post referring me to another site - Viva Vitara..... There was posted the following technique:-
1. Foot on accelerator all the way down and don't release the whole procedure.
2. Press the Start button two times to switch on the ignition, but don't start the engine.
3. Press the TRIP button on the left of the dash to switch the odo to B.
4. Press and hold the right button.
5. Pump the breaks 3 times.
I can confirm this worked first time! The magic of witchcraft🤣🤣🤣
Hope this helps anyone else with the same problems... No OBD tool required although that was my next plan in the morning.
