Just failed smog in Fresno with the following -

%CO2 %O2 HC (ppm) CO% NO%
Test RPM Meas Meas Max GP Meas Max GP Meas Max Ave GP
15mph 2880 13.2 0.0 146 333 123 1.00 2.30 3.33 1096 1916 218
25mph 2312 15.2 0.0 126 283 22 1.22 2.52 0.06 956 1716 54

The fail being the 3.33% CO at 15mph. Notice the extreme drop to 0.06 at +10 mph (yet 568 RPM less?). Also notice they reverse the Ave (average measure?) and the GP numbers on the NO%......something's not right in Denmark.

Given the above numbers are correct, what would cause the bump in numbers in increasing the RPM a mere 568?

Motor is a stock 1988 1.3.....fed through stock tranny, 6.5 geared t-case, 4.10 Toy axles and sitting on 32" tires. Passed with flying colors 2 years ago and have only put about 500 miles on it since.
