I have a 1987 tin top with a SPOA and newly installed 1.5" lift springs. While installing the extended brake lines I have come to find that there is no brake fluid coming from the rear lines to the rear brakes. the fronts work fine and have plenty of pedal. Any ideas?

found the problem

after some looking i determined it to be the proportioning valve. not for the reason that you would think. the lovely previous owner decided to plug the lines coming in to the proportioning valve because the brake cylinders were leaking on the rear brakes. instead of changing this $30 item out, he took the time to plug the lines thus ruining the rear brakes all together. the pads are completely gone, the drums are gone, and all the hardware is now a clump of rust and goo.

so after some frustration and sheer disbelief that someone would do this...i bought a rear brake disc conversion from spidertrax and all new or reman components for the brake assembly from autozone.
