Most Suzukis have the fuse box under the driver's side dash.

yep, they sure do, and have you ever tried to change a fuse in a 2012 or newer GV? the fuse box is right up high and nearly on the firewall, about level with the bottom of the instrument cluster, your arms require 3 extra joints and your eyes need to be on 12" stalks to see it. You also have to remove the lower dash panel to even see it, gone are the days of a removable panel with the fuses behind it.

one word describes modern car electrics

grrrr !!

Whats worse is if you blow one of the main fuses in the battery fuse box (#1) under the hood, you need to replace the whole unit, individual fuses are not replaceable.
