I have an 86 Suzuki samurai 2 door and i was wondering how i would figure out the SPOA Lift height as I currently have to buy a High steer kit. The previous owner had almost no clue what they did but the steering arm hits the bottom on the springs when the springs extend all the way out and it causes the wheel to Jerk and is starting to bend the steering arm. i know that you can tell lift height by measuring to the fender well in the middle however i need a solid accurate way to tell if it's a 5 inch or 6 inch lift to buy the appropriate high steer kit.
