Hi, my turbo failed, for various reasons i am sure. But, now that I am putting things back together i realized that someone blocked off the diverter valve and unplugged a sensor that may have fed the vacuum lines that actuated the diverter valve. The sensor was on the top of the intake manifold. Does anyone know how the stock diverter valve vacuum lines were plumbed? the replacements all have one vacuum line going to it. stock had a splitter with a little in line valve or filter? but, I need to know where to take the vacuum from and if the little sensor was / is necessary.

first off, which year, engine type and model will help. Where in the world are you? sold there? or imported?
Not all jimnys were turbo'd, and not all markets got the same engine obviously.
