The pics are a little hard to see, But i'm painting the Silver accents in the car with Black high gloss hammered look paint. I got tired of the silver. The cloth part of the door rest will be getting Carbon Fiber patern leather. And the other parts of the door panels will get just basic black leather. I muight get the center part of the seats done in black leather, Just not sure on the prices on that, So it will be last.

Two dofferent wood sets. The first link also has it for Carbon Fiber. Some interesting color choises
Very intresting! I wounder if its just a sticker though as I dunno if you can remove some of those peices. I've tinkered around allot with the silver peices on the front dash and couldn't figure out how to get any of them off.

Clips hold them in for the most part, But Suzuki/Daewoo/GM decided to add some screws that can only be reached when you pull the dash out. So I just took a very sharp chisel and cut the screw mounts. The clips are more than enough to held them in.... I would go with a stick on kit, But it lacks my personal style. I do have to pull them back off to put some clear over it, I scratched it very easy with out the clear.

Would you mind taking a few photos for me (and others) when you pull them back off? That'd help a ton!

I did some interior pieces on a car I had before and I found that if you use light coats and wet sand in between with 600 and 800 grit wet sandpaper it makes it very durable. I never had it chip crack or anything. Once I put the last coat on I used the 600, then 800 then 1200 grit and waxed it. It looked like it came from the factory that way. Took alot of time but the results were worth it.

Guys.... I will lie to my wife, I'll lie to my priest, I will not lie to you....
DO NOT REMOVE THE TRIM TO PAINT. Because it's a bitch to put back in. Paint it in place and save the headache's, I have engineered bridges that have gone together better than putting the trim back in. But it looks damn good. So because of this i forgot to take pics of the job in progress, But if you P.M. me with your question i will answer you. I also removed the green and blue rubber's off of the lights behind the speedo and the a/c controles. I will take pics later tonight and post them. Good luck guys.

What do you mean? What green and blue rubber? To make the color?

Howd you do that?! I've been wanting to get around to changing the colors to blue since I got the car...lol.

If you pull the speedo you will see some black knobs on the back. Twist them and pull, You will see 3 big one's but they have blue on them. Not sure why we still see green. The other one's are clear for the dummy lights. After pulling the blue rubber off of the bulbs, I still see green. Friday i'm going to pull it back off to try and figure out why. I'll let you know. I'll post pic's of the speedo pull.

Pic's of the speedo and a/c controle lights. Hard to see clear, But this is after pulling the rubbers off of the bulbs. Same color but a little brighter.

They look a tad less green and a bit more clear.

My guess is its the paper on the speedo thats greenish but they put blue caps on the bulbs to give it a greenier color cuz the paper wasnt enough.
