Hello, new member here and I have recently found out that I need to replace my intake manifold gasket. I have started the process only to realize that the nut/bolt under neath the manifold under each 'tube?' is extremely hard to reach with a tool, the 8 on top were easy to get to however. I was hoping someone with more expertise could help me.

Thanks guys.

I assume you have a 2.3. I have a 2.3 transplanted in my Sidekick and changed mine while it was on the engine stand, and it was a PAIN even then. If I remember correctly, had to use an open end and extensions with a universal joint with a short socket. It was definitely no fun, even on the stand. I can't imagine trying to do it on the car. I do wish you success, and wish I could be of more help.
