OK, I looked on Google, the newer 3-cyl engine is also called an F8A. From a piston catalogue it looks like the F5A is 543cc 62 x 60. The F8A is 798 68.5 x 72

Yes I know the capasites Rhinoman but what I would like to know is which way they increas the capasity one way is to enlarg the piston and the bore sise or they can lenthen the crank stroke and shorten the conrod if that 62x60 & 68.5x72 is bore and stroke that would mean they used both

Thats correct, the piston catalogue gives the bore sizes as 62mm and 68.5mm. The stroke I calculated from the capacity.
