Hi folks , I will get my new ( first )Suzuki in about 2 weeks . Is there anybody besides me driving around with silvered steel wheels ? Which center caps can I fix ? I don´t mean the Plastic Hup Caps from Suzuki.
Something like the thing in the pic ?

Welcome to this forum. Not a question I recall being asked before. In the UK only the SZ3 came with steel wheels and that had wheeltrims. It's no longer sold here.

I see that the Jimny has them but different ones at each end...
Here´s another pic . In black, though. The silvered wheels look much better, imho. I need those center caps for dirt protection. Not availible from Suzuki in Germany.

These caps are known as push through centre caps because they push through from the back of the wheel and are simply retained by the base flange being sandwiched between the wheel and the hub flange. Available in many sizes in black plastic, chrome or stainless steel - the Ignis wheel centre is 54.1mm. You could add a stick on Suzuki emblem if you wanted - readily available on the likes of Ebay.
.
For the caps - try the likes of Aliexpress or a local car customising outfit.

The wheel would also look better with nut covers - black or chrome. Example.......
Sure , I already purchased some , but that doesn´t really help on the certre hole. ;-)
Has anybody seen those cabs before ? Where can I buy them ?

Loads of cars with steel wheels have similar centres. You're limited in choice a bit because the Ignis wheel is 4 not 5 bolt fitting. The picture below is a very common cap fitted to loads of Minis with 15 inch steel wheels - the PCD is the same as the Ignis. The decal is removable or you could substitute a Suzuki decal. They're around £12 each new but plenty of used ones around for £5 or so.

The picture below is the centre from a VW Golf with steel wheels. The logo can be filed off and replaced with a Suzuki decal.

Thanx for the pics . I think I still have some Mini-wheels in the garage. Btw , what is PCD ?
Pitch Circle Diameter - technically it's the diameter of an imaginary circle on which the holes through which the studs (or bolts) that secure the wheel would lie - that said, you'll often see it stated as something like 5 x 139.7 (which translates to 5 holes on a 139.7 mm diameter circle), or 5 x 5.5 ( 5 holes on a 5.5 inch diameter circle), in which case "bolt pattern" is a more appropriate description.

The Ignis I believe is 4 x 100 or 4 holes on a 100mm diameter circle.

I have cleaned my center part and coat it with hammerite, it holds for 4 years now...
Sry, I have my alloys now on, and can't make a pic, because they have centre caps... It's nothing special, hammerite is great for rusty surfaces, and you dont even need to clean that surface too much, just if its any loose rust you fly over it with steel brush, and it is important that the surface is not greasy, you can use brake cleaner for that... use tiny brush, and let it dry overnight :) Make caution not to paint over where the wheel seat on the axle, it could be hard to remove wheel and put it back...
I see . But you don´t have any dirt protection on the axle.
well even if you have centre caps on the wheels, humidity can reach that center part and corode, it would be good to treat it at least with some grease spray... (wd40 won't last long enough)
