What could possibly be wrong that my Passenger headlight (daytime running, highbeam, nor standard light work) and driver foglight be out at the same time? I've verified the fuses in the engine compartment and I've pulled the bulb out and see an intact filament. Is there something else I could look at before resorting to a wiring professional?

SInce you say foglights, we presume you have the tech version (or JLX in Canada, maybe other name somewhere else) , the higher model, details you did not mention. Fill up your profile with all details, location, AWD, transisison type, so everybody knows (and not have to ask) in your future posts. LOcation is a factor as in some countries relays are used.
THese headlights are turned ON from the ground side. see diagram here (except taiwan) but both sides are turned on by the same cirsuit.
I have seen intact filament with failed connection in the socket itself (bulb or socket).
