have a 2003 tracker 2.0L manual transmission.
this problem just started a few days ago, engine won't rev past 3000 rpm.
if you try to rev it past 3000 engine won't rev any higher and starts to buck and surge. now the engine won't idle normally when you stop it will idle for a few seconds then the rpm drops until the engine dies.
any one have this problem or have any ideas would be appreciated.
