Having just done this swap, I now know that the key is to disconnect the 5 or so connectors at the PCM and connector block on the lower pass side A pillar, passing all through the bulkhead opening and to also remove the fuse block and unplug a few connectors from the dr side fender. Pile all the wires on top of the powertrain prior to lowering. Once the powertrain is out, all of the components necessary for the swap will be readily accessible. Lowering the glovebox door gives access to the bottom of the PCM. Although there is space for 4 PCM connectors, only 3 are used.
