My 1988 Samurai Had A Weber Conversion When I Bought It
Threr Are Two Open Lines On The Egr Valve.one Sucks The Other Blows. Do I Need To Cap Them Off ?

yes. The Webber doesn't have an EGR controler. The suction line from the EGR valve wouldn't be hooked up to anything since there is no EGR modulator. The EGR valve won't function without a vacuum on it, but it doesn't hurt to cap the lines off. It keeps crap from getting inside your EGR valve.
