We are having great difficulty removing the driver side front hub/wheel bearing on a 2004 Verona. By outward appearances is should merely slide off the axle spline.

Is there some 'trick' to remove the hub to replace the wheel bearing or a parts diagram that may show some internal lock ring?

This has been a multi-day and painful experience.

Drivers Side Hub

Thank you for the reply!

A new complete hub has been purchased and the old hub cannot be removed. The screenshot off the website you sent does not show the complete assembly, the window needs to be expanded.

Could you send a link to the website? I have seen screenshots of a similar site, it would be nice to get to the site live.

There is some reason the hub is stuck to the axle and refuses to allow the hub to be removed.

The car is no longer sold in the US and the dealership that sold the car is not cooperating other than saying to bring it into their service center.

Thank you again
