Took of the throttle body and cleaned the EGR as per excellent write up with pictures on here.
I have already replaced the upstream oxygen sensors which had thrown code.

What a pain in ass job. While removing I found a hole in the accordion bend in pipe down to manifold. I had it repaired with heat resistant epoxy.

Cleaned the EGR valve and tested with OHM meter all within spec. Replaced everything, including new set of spark plugs.
Very happy with myself drove it today after clearing light and WTF it came back.
What else do I look for on this? Trying to pass NY emissions.

High temp epoxy won't hold in that area, too much movement as things heat up and cool down, thats why its an accordion pipe. I'm betting where theres one hole you can see, theres 2 you can't.
