Hi everyone my name is angie.. I have just bought a sx4.. Well 6 weeks ago its my 1st diesel car.. I had no idea regarding the DPF till it got blocked 馃槩 4 weeks after having it if I had known that these are not suitable for smaller journeys I would not have bothered ( no woman driver jokes please) 馃槖 anyways to cut a long story short the dealer very nicely paid to have it cleaned 拢300 I have done some research (Google) and I want to keep it right.. Some say drive the car hard... Or take on longer journeys, I can do that once a week.. I'll just have a jolly down the motorway.. Some say add redex etc.. Bit then some say not, I am putting premium diesel in as I was told that's best but then I read that it can sit in tank before you buy it and cheaper supermarket diesel is better because of fast turnover. I am so confused the car had done 66 thousand miles and any advice to keep it running smoothly and garage free would be very much appreciated 馃槝
