Guys I am going to do a spoa on my 88 for several reasons. Installing a 1.6 is the largest. I like the RR spring purches but I see nothing offered under 5". I really believe I want to stay no higher than 31" tires in the future and do not want too much lift but do want enough. How much lift do I get with stock height spring purches? I have done a spoa on a jeep so it looks to be no more complicated?? Thanks for the help

Using the shortest possible spring perches (resting plate flat on the axle tube) will still get you 4.5" of lift. 5" is pretty normal so that the spring pack locating pin does not contact the axle tube through that plate.

Thanks Bill that is what I was thinking.Should be all the lift I need. Does RR offer their spring purches in a 1" maybe?? Guess I need to call them. Also how far is my steering going to be out? 4-5"? Can a 3" drop pit arm fix most of it?

Thanks
