I think it is a V-JA11V genuine part number should be 2000283C10 for the F6A Turbo You may need to find the nameplate on it to confirm the manufacturer.
Thank you for responding, now I’m getting somewhere. Is jatco the maker? Where might I get parts? And what trans fluid is recommended. I think the output bearing/bushing and seal are bad. It leaks and has a vibration and whine at low speeds
go see a trans specialist, the output bearing from memory requires a complete strip down to replace, so while there you usually do all bushes bearings clutches and seals. By the time they whine its already spread grinding paste thru the rest of the trans.
The output shaft seal can be done from the "outside".
I'm not sure if its a Jatco one or a GM one. Parts and rebuild kits are available online. Check the nameplate on the trans for exact model number before ordering parts.
Tag at Top of the tranny is 83CO
Tail housing doesn’t come off and hold the bearing. So the output shaft is not supported in the rear housing by a bushing like most transmissions I’m not against rebuild but need to locate parts want to try and make it through the winter, we only tow behind coach and drive it very little. When we get home in the summer that’s when the rebuild will begin.
find the nameplate, it could also be an asin trans.
