Hey all, I’m new here and new to Suzukis. So here we go. 2004 XL.7 with 124k on it. Stumbles on acceleration some. I replaced the TPS on it. It made it a bit better but didn’t cure the issue. I can hear a sensor clicking with the key on and engine off when the TB closes fully. Any help is appreciated.

It may be prudent to check the fuel trims at the stumble point, in graph form would be best..

Also record the MAF data, also as a graph..

I don’t have a reader that advanced. It’s just a 30 dollar thing from Walmart. Best of my recollection, the MAF was around 20lbs around that time.

I think the IAC is clicking when I turn the throttle by hand. When the throttle closes I can hear an audible click.
