Hello guys and gals, we just recently purchased a 1999 suzuki carry. It lacks the power that it should have, we can only go about 35 km/h with this. It has new plugs, air filter, and coil packs. It's burning rich and actually getting plugs wet. Where should I go from here?

What engine do you have in that Carry?
What market was that Carry built for - your location shows a US registration, but the Carry was never offered in the US market - is it OBD1 or OBD2? Is the check light on after the engine starts?
Have you done a compression test on it - if not, do wet & dry tests and report the numbers.

Have seen these used Japanese imports for sale in the US.
Don't remember where. They are small trucks with a short low bed.
Some were like mini vans. Very useful for transporting small loads.
The top horse power was something like 75 to 80 hp
And top speed at around 50 to 60 mph.
Prices varied from $2,500 to $12,000 (US dollars) depending on mileage and condition
Oh, I don't know if they are legal to drive on the streets and highways
But, mostly used on farms and off roading

quite a common wee mini truck and van in Japan, we have a few here, not really a big seller but great wee shopping baskets and round town runners. Scary in a wind tho, brakes are "interesting" when applied in an emergency.
