Hi, I just manual swapped my 1995 suzuki escudo 4 speed auto, I’m trying to find out how to loop the neutral safety switch so that the car will start because it senses that it is not in park or neutral because of the manual transmission. Any help is appreciated

Hmmm….If you look at page 7 and 8 here, you’ll see the connection for the neutral safety switch and the clutch safety switch:
I’m assuming that, with your swap, you have neither of these switches, and will need to bypass that circuit, by connecting that black/red wire directly to the black/yellow one.

The reverse light circuit comes out of the turn signal/backup light fuse, and will change color throughout the circuit. While much of the documentation in AcksFAQS will not be applicable to you (as it is actually for the OBD2 vehicles) the backup light circuit doesn’t really change, and this diagram will also encompass the 4 speed tranny:
