I have a 1994 Suzuki sidekick Jx, and a 1997 Suzuki sidekick sport both are 4 doors. And I want to have some spares, so I want to know if I can take the transmission, transfer case, rear axle, shocks, struts and brakes off the sport and put them back onto my 94 jx. Thanks in advance

What transmission does your 94 Sidekick have? Three speed or four speed (three plus over drive)?

I'm not 100% certain on the axle gears, but I think your plan is sound with one exception - I would also keep the front axle.

None of them have a 5 speed, they were 3 or 4 speed only

I didn't think about the manual transmissions - the 1.8 Sidekick Sport uses a different clutch & transmission to the 1.6 Sidekicks - I believe the transmissions can be swapped if you're willing to swap the input shaft.

Once you have the storage space I'd keep it anyway.
