OK gents, I'm going to post this here as well, I hope not to aggravate the mods. delete if necessary Mods.
The motor is what I'm sure most you you are interested in, It did run, the timing belt is intact, the ECU was the problem, and has since been tossed for N/R. I cannot pull the motor, I can prep it for a pull but I cannot pull it. It is stored in a garage, and any party interested can use the space while pulling parts. Any way more info below, as well as a link to the original thread.

Well in going to toss this up here, the classifieds haven't been getting much attention. Here is a little back story.

1994 4door,5spd,2wd, Sidekick 600 o.b.o

I got this from the Fiances mother, on the grounds I fixed it. well I have put more time into it than I care to mention, it needs an ECU and it would start and run fine. It was running before I pulled the old ECU for a bad injector circuit, aside from flooding out #1 after 5 min, it ran good before hand. The transmission works good no grinding in any gear, the clutch is on its last leg.

Id like to sell it as a whole, but I need the space in my garage to work on the car I bought to get out for work and such. there is one more day for full out, then I'm going to start parting it, the vents on the bezel around the radio, are held in with hot glue so that is broken that's about the only thing broken as far as interior goes.

any way here is a link to the classified ad, if interested pm me...

If no one buys it as a whole, the grill is spoken for already.

Cheers and TY, Sean

I might have the deal of a life time for you! I bought an ECU from Auto Computer Exchange - Auto Computer Superstore - Cheaper than dealers and mechanics.

for my Jeep Cherokee back in December, however, it turned out not to be the ECU so I had to return it and they said I could only have store credit, which it appears I'm never going to use. So, if all you need is an ECU - if you want to check with them to see if they have one for your rig - I will call them and see if I can give you my store credit!!!

Well, just thought I would offer it. I just really hate to see almost $400.00 worth of store credit go to waste since the company won't give refunds.... So, if anyone does need and ECU - feel free to speak up and we can see if the company will transfer the credit... No strings attacked, like I said - I just don't want to see the money totally wasted!

I can call them - but you will have to work with the company because they need all kinds of information from you about unit and you will have to return your current unit to them...
