I'm attemting to R&R my struts on my Forenza, I got the drivers side off of the car, but can't get the other nut loose, the shaft keeps turning....I've got the springs compressed....even tried vice grips to hold it still......the passenger side(the bad one), I can't even get the top nut loose because of the shaft turning. What's the correct way to do this? Thanks, Chobie

Here is a link to the procedure.

I think you need the "J-42468 Front Strut Mount Nut Wrench" to loosen the nut.
I saw one on eBay for ~$17 (which is pretty darn good, considering I saw it being sold for $110 elsewhere online!)

Well I figue I can always use more tools, so I went out and got a pnuematic impact wrench...I don't know why I didn't do this a long time ago....short story, it did the trick.
