Default 2004 verona surges

i just bought a 2004 verona .the car appeared to be in mint condition.its exceptionaly clean including the engine that looks like it just came out of the factory.it has 200,000 miles wich makes no sense with the way the car and engine look.the check engine light was on when i got it .it seemed to run good except it would sometimes idle eraticaly up and down from 200 to 7 or 800, i had the codes read it had code 1512 wich is the code for a bad throttle body.i replaced it with a brand new one from the dealer.the engine light went out and the car idles fine it ran great for a few days now im getting a surge when driving hiway speeds. it surges up and down when you have your foot steady on the pedal.no check engine light on no idle probs any ideas what the surge is ????????????
