Exclamation 04 Verona repalced harness and car wont start now! (NEED INFO)

So this is what I've got:

2004 Verona 147,000mi

Car starting stumbling and the check engine light started blinking. The next morning I started the car up to warm up on a chilly morning. Came back out and the car had stalled.... Wouldn't restart. Did some looking around and noticed the Intake Manifold harness was in bad shape so I repalced it. Put everything back together exactly the way it came apart and the car wont start. Did some more diagnosing and found that the two fuse under the hood marked "fuel" and "ECM" aren't getting power to them. I can hear the fuel pump kick on when I turn the key. I checked for spark, nothing there. I just don't know where to go from here. Could really use some help!! Posted the other day about this just thought I would update it. Car has a recent tune up.

Scanner is reading codes:
P0153
P0122
P0222
P0174
P0171
P0420
P0304
