Default 04 verona...where to buy struts/rear shocks?

New to forum, and your help would be appreciated.

I am not sure of the etiquette of how to ask questions, so I will be direct and to the point.

I am looking for replacement struts/shocks for my 2004 Verona S, non ABS, 4 wheel disk.

I have searched the major parts web sites (autopartswholesale,partstrain,parts.com,KYB,KONI, GABRIEL,BILSTIEN,MONROE,etc,etc) and can not find.
Any leads?

Other than that, the only problems I am having personally with my car, purchased new, that someone might have also experienced and may be able to help with is:
1. the static shock issue upon exiting car;
2. gas milage no where near as great as what others have reported.

I get 18mpg in town, and around 23 on freeway ?
I have read other's reporting as high as 30mpg !

Oil and filters (oil,gas,air) changed every 4K, tires rotated at same.
So, anyone with leads to aftermarket struts/shocks, and answer to static issue, and possibly things to look into with mileage? (No smoke out exhaust, plugs clean, oil clean on drain, tires are kept at 34psi) would be greatly appreciated in advance !
