Default Noise From Fuel Tank

Hello all, I have been trying to solve this problem for months now. I've had my car in numerous times to try and fix the problem.

I drive a 2004 Chevrolet Epica LT -- The car has 85,000km (approx 53000miles)

Work done to the car as follows:

Replaced cabin air filter
Replaced Spark Plugs
Replaced fuel filter
Replaced Fuel pump
Replaced Gas Cap (vented)

Added - K&M air filter
Added - Kinetic Battery

I ran a can of sea foam through the car too (oil / fuel / intake manifold)

So, this problem I am having is very intermittent. What happens is when I turn the key to AUX (before starting) I hear this noise coming from the fuel tank, or rear of the car. To explain the noise is hard, it’s almost like a 'creaking' noise, or say when you turn on the garden hose, you can hear the hose filling up with water, making noise. Anyways that happens once and awhile.

As well intermittent times my car will not turn over, I put the key in allow the pump to prime, and turn it to start, and it just doesn’t roll over, so I take the key out and try again, and again until it does turn over. It does not do this all the time, just sometimes (suggestions)?

When I start my car, I always let the fuel pump prime; as well I never drive it under a quarter tank of fuel. The fuel I use has been 89 octane and 94 octane.

I figured it was the fuel pump, but since replaced the noise is still there. I have had the engine light come on as well, and the 2 codes I receive are as follows:

P0442 -- Evaporative Emission Control System Leak
Detected (Small Leak)

P0456 -- Evaporative Emission Control System Leak
Detected (Very Small Leak)

GM themselves, when I was in for warranty work didn’t know what the problem was; to be honest I hate dealerships. I’m trying to maintain my car, I put full synthetic mobile 1 oil in, I don’t drive the car hard, I just want to fix anything I can before it turns into a bigger problem.

ANYONE HELP, I SEE PEOPLE VIEWING THE POST BUT NO HELP

any suggestions are appreciated, thanks
