Default CEL P0171 and P0174

I have an '04 Verona that I got from my brother in law 2 years ago. No big problems until now, just the radio controls on the steering wheel don't work and the key doesn't turn from time to time. I don't have a lot of experience working on cars but I'm not afraid to troubleshoot plus my neighbor is pretty good. I have a state vehicle inspection coming up soon and I'm considering trading this in before the inspection.

The problem now is we have CEL, and I got the codes from autozone, P0171 and P0174, referring to bank 1 and 2 being lean. There are no obvious problems driving the car. One interesting thing is that when it rains the CEL is off.

Is this something I can figure out? Any suggestions? Pictures and detailed descriptions will help. Thnaks.

Lean on both banks look into either reprogramming the PCM and or a vacuum leak. Depending on the PCM update level there is an issue with this.
