Default No Locks, Windows, turn signals, or dome light.

Ok. This may be a simple answer, but I have a 2005 verona. Recently the power locks, windows, intermitent wipers, dome light and turn signals quit working. Can someone give me an idea of what the heck happened and what needs to be done to fix it. I have checked ever fuse in the dang thing and can't figure it out. help please.

Check the wires in the main harness in the LF fenderwell for wire breakage.

All of those functions are all controlled by the ISU (intelligent switching unit, also called a Body Control Module or BCM). It's a black plastic box under the steering wheel. it's got some fuses on it which could have burned out, but with all the functions going out together, I would be more inclined to start diagnosing it for being entirely failed. I'm not going to say "yup, it's definately the ISU", but I'd start looking that direction...I've replace a few myself.
(I'd bet the little lighted ring around the ignition key, outside rearview mirrors, and trunk open button don't work either...they're all controlled by the ISU as well)
Sad thing is, if you get one from the dealer the parts manual doesn't call it an ISU or a BCM, it's called an electrical component controller or something....that, and they're more than $400.
