Wink Help on P1512 Intake Manifold Runner Control, causing missfires and o2 sensors errors

The problem is this one: The car most of the time has an almost fine idle but somethimes has rough idle at 580 rpm or 200 rpm which is really close to a stall on red lights.

Also the car has really slow acceleration (+2-4 km/h per second, 1-2mph) until I hit the gas pedal deep enough for an instant +3000 rpm.

There are some random misfires happening on idle and in the error codes, all 6 cylinders misfires + random missfires are there.
There are also errors on all the O2 sensors for low and high voltage errors.

I believe all the problems are related to error P1512 Intake manifold runner control bank 1 stuck closed.

Could it be fixed, cleaned, rust removed? What do I have to buy/swap?

Please share your experience with me on this one. Joel.

Default the car is a 2004
