Default Window not closing

SX4 hatch,06 UK model.
Hi,the driver's window has a jerky downward movement. It will not close until it is taken to its maximum opening i.e. fully open. Then it has to be fully closed.I'm assuming it is the mechanism behind the door panel but I can't see any way to remove it.Any advice?.....Thanks

I removed the door panel and two screws fell out.I located where they were from and screwed them back in.The mechanism then worked.Thanks........

Looking at that diagram I'd say it was screws 9 and 10 that had unscrewed and disabled the scissor thingy. The motor was trying to close the window but couldn't because the scissor wasn't aligned.
