Default 2012 SX4 Crossover all fluids changed

So we purchased a 2012 SX4 Crossover a couple of years ago (which was an excellent choice BTW) and now that it approached the 80,000 mile marker I thought I would do the fluid changes consisting of antifreeze, brkes, CVT, transfer case, and rear differential.
I looked online and I was able to see how it would be done which I'm looking forward to, but the fluid types recommended seem to change a quite bit.
Anyone out there with a 2012 that can point me in the right direction please? I have no objections to quality exceeding OEM aftermarket fluid types as long as someone else has tried them and they've held up without any problems.
Also, is there anything else I should be changing based on your experience as I want to keep this gem for a while?
Thanks in advance,
