Default SX4 brake light wiring colors (for trailer)

I'm installing a trailer on my '08 SX4 Sportback. Just need to know what are the wiring colors going to the brake light? I'm looking at the driver's side now. I have a black wire (I'm assuming ground) and a Red/Yellow and Green/White striped wires all going to the brake light (top of cluster). Does anyone know what the difference in signal wires is? I don't have my multimeter handy or I'd just check myself. Thanks.

Thanks. So I guess green/white is the one (and black is ground). I wonder what the other wire is? There are separate blinkers so maybe lower intensity parking light? I'm not at the car right now so I don't know when (other than braking) the light is illuminated. Either way, thanks again!
