Default Where to find 75-90 GL4 manual transmission fluid?

Looking for this specific gear oil for my 1994 Tracker. Some online research shows that it's important to use GL4 for a this transmission, or at least GL5 that is safe for yellow metals. I was just at Napa and the standard Valvoline gear oil is only rated for GL5 with transmissions, but GL4 for differentials.

Any thoughts on the matter? Thank you!

Redline brand. Thats what I did from ebay. Pretty pricey synthetic gear oil.

if its rated GL4 it will be fine. the "yellow metal" corrosion issue has been pretty much addressed with the new oils. Check manufacturers web sites for specs and compatability, look for "activated sulphates" if it contains them , don't use in gearboxes.

Some dual-rated GL4/GL5 fluids are safe for yellow metals, but they should specifically say so in the specs, otherwise, assume it is not safe

Thanks everyone. Just a follow up, Knechts carries Redline oil so I was able to find the MT-90 there.
