Default 2012 Kizashi S Broken Hose, and now overheat and P0303

2012 Suzuki Kizashi S. I changed the oil today, and jacked the car up from the right, and finished the oil change. As I lowered the car, I heard a loud noise, and saw nothing.
Drove around for a 10 miles, then suddenly the car started to sputter, and check engine light popped up, and the car overheated. Got it home and I found this hose that says 1704 on it, and it was just sitting on the lower hose. I'm not sure how it stayed, but luckily it did. I'm not sure what it goes to, but it definitely broke off a piece of plastic with it, as it was still stuck in the hose. The other side just came off also.

If it is a PCV valve thats broken its going to play havoc with mixtures, Cat temps and all sorts of things. Get the codes read and find out what else has happened.
