Default Flashing 4WD light on the dash

I have fitted manually operated hubs to my '98 Jimny.
Now I need to stop the 4WD light on the dash from flashing.
I don't want to disable the light by removing the bulb as I like having the notification that I am in 4WD and would rather have a flashing reminder than none at all.
My problem is that I have no idea where specifically to look and what to do with a ball bearing. The vac pipes are in a very confined space by the battery tray or do I need to pull the engine out to get access.

Get it right, use Hammerite. Failing that use Duck tape.

When the blue light is flashing I am kidding.

Why simplify when it's simpler to complicate.
