Default Aftermarket Speedometer

I am trying to put an aftermarket speedometer in my custom dash.

The problem is I cannot find a speedometer with a 4 pulse / revolution VSS output.
Also
I cannot find any inline vss generators.

Does anyone know of any and/or How did you get around this problem.

I retired my old Magellan GPS to Sammy's dash. I like the old fashion waypoints and goto features. I chose the analog speedo screen on pavement.
