Default 2006 Jimny is vibraiting in low RPM

I own an 2006 Suzuki Jimny. Recently the car is sometimes vibrating in low RPM.
I have connected the ELM327 scanner and used the Torque android application, this is the first time I am using this tool.

I found that when the car start vibrating the RPM is dropped from ~790 to 650, the motor load increase from ~25-30% to ~40% and the boost goes high.
I looked on the O sensor and notice that the O2 1X1 sensor voltage is not stable and changing from 02-0.8, this sensor is not stable also in high RPM while traveling on road.

Any idea what can cause the problem?
Where can I find the engine spec to verify that the OBD2 measurements are in the range?
