Default sami gets fire but wont start

i recently bought a sami from a guy ran fine for 4 days was so happy with it and one morning go out to start it and it backfires really loud and i was like what is going on.well i roll it off and it would run on two cyl. but i decided to go ahead and replace the timing belt because it looked really worn out.go it all back together and in time and now it wont run.gets plenty of gas, fire, and still doesnt run .ive tried setting it 180 out and dead on tdc and still no runny.so i thought maybe it may be the ecm .....please if anyone can give me some pointers on try to help it run again let me know.ive workied on it for 4 days straight now and am about to give up and sell her but i really dont want to.help..........
