Need help -Have isolated the amp draw to the ECU which drains battery after sitting for a few days.

How much current is it drawing?

Don't remember what the draw was, will need to check tonight. Installed a battery disconnect to prevent killing another new battery. Everything else seems to be good.

I just measured a known good ECU and the current draw is 12mA, this ECU is modified to be tunable so it will be a fraction higher than a stock ECU.

I am getting a 1.02 mA reading. Don't know if that sounds right. Also, found the after market radio pulling about 2.45 mA. Not sure if this would kill my battery.

3.45mA shouldn't be any problem at all, it would take 14500 hours to flatten a 50Ah battery which is getting on for a year, the charge will deteriorate faster than that anyway.
Have you had your alternator checked to ensure that it is putting out full power?
